Here's some of my favorite recipes.

Minced Beef on Toast

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup flour
1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes (Reserve juice)
1/2 teaspoon mace
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

Saute ground beef with onions.sprinkle flour over beef
and onions and continue to cook until flour is absorbed,
stirring add the tomatoes and their juice,salt,pepper
water and mace.stir to mix well.simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
serve over cold,unbuttered toast.
Serves: 5-6

Skillet Hash Browns

3 cups cooked potatos,diced
3 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/4 cup light cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine cooked,diced potatoes with flour,onion,cream
salt and pepper and toss lightly to coat.heat shortening
in skillet,enough to cover bottom of skillet.
add potatoes and press down with a spatula.brown
slowly on one side,then turn over and brown other side.

Stuffed Potatoes

4 baked potatoes
4 slices bacon,cooked,crumbled
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut potatoes in half and scoop out pulp.mix with sour cream
and butter,salt and pepper.mix well.add more cream if desired.
add bacon,and stuff potatoes shells with mixture.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with under broiler
until warm and brown. 

Sweet Onion Casserole

5 large sweet onions,sliced
12 Ritz crackers,crushed
1 pound Brown and Serve sausage,crumbled
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated chedder cheese

Preheat oven to 400 half of the onions
on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish that has been
coated with vegetable spray.layer with the crushed
crackers,sausage,remaining onions,soup,salt,and
cheese.bake for 1 hour,until golden brown.

Best Scalloped Potatoes

8 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1/2 pound of grated Colby cheese
1/2 pound of grated Pepper Jack cheese

Oil a 3- quart casserole with a lid.peel the potatoes
and slice them thin.layer half the potatoes,half
the onions,half the cheese in casserole and repeat.
Mix the soup and milk and pour on top.bake at 325
degrees covered for 1 hour and uncover for
another hour,until the top is golden brown.
Servings: 10-12

Hearty Potato Soup

6 medium potatoes,peeled and sliced
2 carrots,diced
6 celery stalks,diced
2 quarts water
1 onion,chopped
6 tablespoon butter
6 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
3 slices of boiled ham

In a large kettle,cook potatoes,carrots and celery in water
until tender.about 20 minutes.drain,reserve liquid and
setting vegetables the same kettle,saute onion
in butter until soft.stir in flour,salt and pepper;gradually
add milk,stiring constantly until thickened.
gently stir in cooked vegetables.add chopped ham;add
1 cup or more of reserved cooking liquid until
soup is desired consistency.garnish bowls of soup
with grated cheese if desired.
Servings: 10
Baked Rice
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 stick butter
Brown onions,green peppers in butter,then add:
1 can beef bouillon
1 can beef consomme
small can mushrooms
1 cup uncooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour,
stirring several times during time.
Meatless Meat Loaf
3 cups cubed bread
2 tablespoon,minced onion
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup melted butter
2 beaten eggs
Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased 7x11 inch
pan for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.serve with the following
sauce:saute 1/2 pound of fresh mushrooms in butter.
add 1 can cream of mushroom soup,which has been diluted
with 1/2 can of milk to make the consistency to serve
over the loaf.
Shrimp Salad
2 pounds shrimp
6 eggs
1 med. onion
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil shrimp in salted water until done.combine ingredients
and chill.
Grandma's Pically

12 sweet green peppers
6 white onions
12 sweet red peppers
Chop everything up small,cover with hot water,let set 10
minutes and then drain and cover with hot water and
bring to boiling point.drain again and add:
2 tablespoon of salt
2 cups sugar
2 quarts of weak vinegar
Cook for 15 minutes.ladle into sterilized pint jars
and seal.turn upside down until cool.
Onion Dip

1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.)pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 small sour cream
Mix together with mixer;add milk to reach desired
Squash Souffle
2 cups cooked squash
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 stick melted margarine
Combine all ingredigents and place in a greased
casserole dish.bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Baked Beans

2 cups pork and beans
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
6 slices bacon
1 teaspoon dry mustard
dash of hot sauce
Mix beans,sugar,mustard,catsup and hot sauce.chop bacon.
pour mixture except bacon in casserole dish,placing bacon
on top.bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

New England Dinner

4 pounds corned beef
1 head cabbage ( cut into eights )
8 potatoes ( peeled and halved )
8 carrots ( peeled and halved )

Cover meat with cold water,simmer 3 hours,adding the potatoes
carrots,and the cabbage the last hour.drain and serve.
Yield: Serves 8-10

Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

6-8  Thick pork chops
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup honey

Mix honey,soy and chili pork chops in greased 3
quart casserole dish.pour mixture over chops.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Yield: serves 6-8

Busy Day Chicken

3 Pounds chicken pieces
1 cup rice ( uncooked )
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup

Place rice in greased casserole dish with chicken on top.
sprinkle with onion soup.mix celery soup and 2 cans water,
pour over the top.bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
Yield: serves 4-6

Chicken Dijon

3 pounds chicken pieces
1/2 cup miracle whip salad dressing
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/4 cups dry bread crumbs

Combine salad dressing and mustard.coat chicken
with mixture and crumbs.bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour.
Yield: serves 4-6

Tater Tot Casserole

2 Pounds extra lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 package ( 2 lbs. ) frozen tater tots

Pat ground beef in bottom of greased 13x9x2 pan.
spread soup over meat and cover with grated cheese.
top with tater tots.bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
Yield:  serves 8-10

Salisbury Steak

1 Pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1 Med. onion ( chopped )
1 beef bouillon cube ( dissolved in 1/2 cup water )

Mix beef,egg and onion.shape into patties and brown
over high heat,drain off any fat.pour in bouillon and
simmer uncovered until desired doneness.
Yield: serves 4

Quick Brunswick Stew

1 can tomatoes
1 can barbecue pork
1 can chunk chicken
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 large onion,chopped
1 can barbecue beef
1 can sweet creamed corn

Crush tomatoes and add other ingredients.cook and
mix well until until onion is done.

Hash Brown Casserole
1/2 pound package frozen hash browns
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 can cream chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups corn flakes

Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into greased
9x12 inch dish.combine margarine and corn flakes.
mix well and sprinkle on top of casserole.
bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Shepherds Pie

1 can (15 oz.) sweet peas
12 Medium potatoes
3 pound ground beef
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
Velveeta cheese

Cook and mash potatoes.add milk,butter,salt and pepper
to taste.brown beef.add all the other ingredients
to beef,except for cheese and meat
mixture in the bottom of a deep baking dish
and place sweet peas on top.add mashed
potatoes.cover and bake at 375 degrees
for 1 hour.spread Velveeta cheese on top and
put back in over until hot and bubbly.

Skillet Macaroni and Beef

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup diced onions
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 cups uncooked macaroni

Brown beef and remove from skillet and cook
macaroni and onion in beef fat.put beef in
macaroni again and add other ingredients.
add some sugar to your taste.cover and
simmer until macaroni is done.

Stuffed Peppers

2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup instant rice
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 small onions
2 eggs
3 pints tomato juice
3 tablespoon flour

Mix all ingredients,except tomato juice,then
stuff in peppers.put in pan.add shortening and
cover.fry until meat changes color on top,
then add juice and heat.mix flour and and
cream and add this to tomatoes to thicken.
add sugar and salt to taste.if cream is not
available,add 1 teaspoon soda and then
use milk.

Chicken Bake

1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Lawrys seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix together.roll or shake chicken pieces
until well coated.bake at 350 degrees for
2 hours.

Chicken A LA King

1/4 cup margarine
1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms
1/3 cup flour
1 3/4 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups cubed,cooked chicken or turkey
1/4 cup chopped pimiento

In a saucepan,melt margarine.stir in flour,
1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
cook and stir for one minute more.add mushrooms
chicken and pimiento.heat through.
serve over rice.

Poppy Seed Chicken

8 chicken breast,cooked
1 (8 0z.) carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 package Ritz crackers (from 12 oz. box)
1 stick margarine,melted
1 teaspoon poppy seed

Cut chicken in bite size pieces.mix soup and
sour cream.add chicken; stir well.crumble
Ritz crackers and mix with melted margarine
and 1 teaspoon poppy seed.put chicken
mixture in 3-quart casserole dish that has
been lightly greased with margarine.put
cracker crumbs on top.bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes,until hot and bubbly in middle.

Chicken Casserole Gumbo

9 bread slices
4 cups cooked chicken
1/4 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
cheese slices
2 cans cream of celery

Put broken bread in bottom of loaf pan,then
chicken on with cheese and cream
of celery soup.put buttered crumbs on top.
cover and refrigerate overnight.bake at
350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Fried Rice

1 quart cubed fresh pork
1 large onion
2 cups rice
soy sauce

Cook rice in 4 cups saltwater with 1/2
onion for 20 minutes.
fry pork until done and put in the rest of
onion and cooked rice.fry and mix together
until well blended.fry until well mixed and done.
either add soy sauce now or at the table.

Golden Parmesan Potatoes

6 potatoes,peeled and quartered
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1 stick butter

Place potatoes in water.mix in plastic bag
flour,cheese,salt and pepper.coat wet
potatoes in bag of flour mixture.
melt 1/2 stick butter in casserole dish.
place potatoes in casserole.bake at 350
degrees for 1/2 hour.turn potatoes over;
add another 1/2 stick melted butter.
bake another 1/2 hour or until golden brown.

Green Bean Casserole

1 quart green beans,drained
3/4 cup Velveeta cheese,diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

Mix green beans,cheese and mushroom soup
and place in greased 2 quart casserole dish.
top with buttered bread crumbs.bake at
350 degrees for 3/4 hour.

Delicious Green Beans

1 pint green beans,frozen or canned
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoon soy sauce
dash of ginger

Heat beans in oil for 4 minutes.add water.
reduce heat,cover and simmer until
beans are crisp tender.drain.add soy sauce
and ginger.

Glazed Carrots

1 1/2 pound fresh carrots
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoon margarine

Peel and slice carrots in 1/2 inch slices.
cook in water until tender.cook and stir
brown sugar,salt and orange peel in
margarine in 12 inch skillet until bubbly.
add carrots; cook over low heat,stirring
occasionally,until carrots are glazed
and heated through,about 5 minutes.

Green Beans With Bacon

1 quart green beans
4 slices bacon
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Fry bacon until crisp.snap beans into
2 inch lengths and cook with 1 1/2 cups
hot water.add the crumbled bacon and
grease.cook until almost tender,then add salt.

Mexican Rice

1 1/2 cups rice
1/3 cup salsa
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon butter

Mix salsa,tomatoes juice and water.
bring to a boil and add remaining ingredients.
simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

Potato Cakes

2 cups mashed potatoes
1 large egg
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon minced onion (optional)
4 tablespoon oil

Mix first 5 ingredients and drop by tablespoon
into hot oil.fry until golden brown on both sides.

Harvard Beets

3 cups cooked,diced beets
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon butter

Mix the sugar,salt and cornstarch.add vinegar
and water.stir until smooth.cook for 5 minutes.
add beets to the hot sauce and let stand 30
minutes.just before serving,bring to a boil
and add butter.

Stir Fried Cabbage

1 Med. cabbage,coarsely chopped
2 stalks celery,thinly sliced
1 Med. onion chopped
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Stir fry cabbage,celery and onion in buttered dish
for 5 minutes over high heat.cover and remove
from heat.let steam until cabbage is tender, about
5 minutes.stir in salt and pepper.

Steak Au Poivre

1 pound cubed steak,cut in bite size pieces
3 small bell peppers,diced
3 small onions,diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Brown steak and onion in smallest amount of oil
possible.add all other ingredients and cover
with 1 to 2 cups water.simmer 30 minutes
and serve on white rice.

Chop Suey

1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 small onions
1 can mushroom soup
2 soup cans water

Put uncooked rice in bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
brown meat.add onions and celery before meat
is browned real well.add remaining ingredients.
pour over rice and bake at 350 degrees for
1 not stir when ingredients are
in baking dish.

Granny's Beef Casserole

1 package crescent rolls
1 pound ground beef
1 package Sloppy Joe mix
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese

Put half of rolls in bottom of a casserole dish.
spread to fit.brown beef and follow Sloppy
Joe directions.pour Sloppy Joe mix in casserole;
add grated with remaining roll
dough.bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Hobo Casserole

2 pound ground beef
4 Med. onions,coarsely chopped
2 quarts sliced potatoes
1 1/2 quart sliced carrots
1 Med head cabbage
Velveeta cheese

Put in casserole dish in order given.
sprinkle salt and pepper.bake at 350
degrees for 2 hours or until done.
then cover with Velveeta cheese and
put lid on until cheese melts.

Hamburger Potato Topper

3 pounds ground beef
1 large onion,chopped
1/2 cup green peppers,chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup American cheese
1/2 cup milk

Fry ground beef,onion and peppers together.
then add the rest of ingredients and simmer
on low heat for 30 minutes.

Sausage Gravy

1 pound sausage
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
2 tablespoon flour
2 cup milk

Brown sausage in large skillet.add salt,
pepper and flour.stir; let brown slightly.
add milk.stir constantly until boiling.
serve with pancakes or biscuits.

Barbecued Hot Dogs

1 Med. onion chopped
10 hot dogs
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar

Brown onions in oil.add hot dogs and
brown lightly,then add tomato juice
ketchup,and brown sugar.let simmer
until slightly thickened.serve on hot
dog buns,no toppings are needed.
use sauce for toppings.

South Carolina Sandwiches

3 pound ground beef
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Fry ground beef until done.drain.
add rest of ingredients and simmer on low
heat until warm.serve on hamburger buns.

Southern Corn Pudding

2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs lightly beaten
2 tablespoon margarine
2 cups milk

Combine corn,sugar,salt and pepper; add
eggs and mix well.heat butter and milk
in a saucepan  until butter melts.add to corn
mixture,and pour into a buttered 1-quart
casserole dish in a pan of
hot water.bake at 350 degrees for
1 hour or until knife inserted in center
comes out clean.

Country Ham and Red-Eye Gravy

1/4 inch thick slices country ham
1 cup black coffee
1 teaspoon sugar

Trim rind off ham slices,and discard rind.
cut off extra fat,do not discard; leave
small amount of fat around edge.
place ham slices and trimmed fat into
a skillet.cook over medium heat 10
minutes,turning several
ham slices on a platter,and
keep warm in a 200 degree oven.
add coffee and sugar to drippings in
skillet.cook over medium heat for
a few minutes;increase heat,and
boil until gravey thickens.
serve with hot biscuits.

Cabbage and Noodle Dish

1 (16 0z.) package wide noodles
1 large onion,chopped
1 cup margarine
1 large head cabbage,shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook noodles according to package
directions; drain.saute onion in
margarine in sauce pan; add
cabagge and cook until cabbage
is tender,add noodles; toss to mix
well.season with salt and pepper
and cook until thoroughly heated.

Cooked Yellow Squash

2 pounds yellow squash,sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick margarine

Combine squash,onion,water and salt
in a sauce pan.bring to a boil,reduce
heat and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or
until tender.drain and mash.season
with 1/2 stick margarine and
pepper to taste.

Squash Croquettes

3 cups cooked yellow squash,drained
2 egg yokes
1 cup finely crushed saltines
1/4 cup flour
2 egg whites

Place cooked yellow squash mixture
in a bowl and mash.add egg yokes,saltines
and flour; stir well.beat egg whites
until stiff.fold into squash mixture
and drop into hot oil.fry until golden
brown; drain in a colander.

Easy Fettuccini Alfredo

1 (12 0z.) package fettuccini
1/2 cup butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 ( 5oz.) can evaporated milk

Cook pasta according to package directions.
drain,add butter,Parmesan cheese and
evaporated milk; toss to mix well.
serve immediately.

One Dish Pork Chop Skillet Dinner

5 boneless chops
2 tablespoon chopped onions
1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 green pepper,sliced in rings
salt and pepper

Brown chops.mix all ingredients except
green peppers.pour over chops.put pepper
rings on top.cooked covered over low
heat 30 to 40 minutes.

Easy Pork Chops

4 lean cut chops
1 cup minute rice
1 can chicken soup

Brown chops in skillet.pour a little
of the grease into a small baking dish with
the rice and soup.cover and bake for 45
minutes at 350 degrees in a preheated oven.

Spicy Sausage Biscuits

1 pound sharp grated chedder cheese
1 pound hot bulk sausage
3 cups biscuit mix

Melt cheese and add cooked and drained
sausage.add to biscuit mix.blend well
and shape into 1 inch balls.
bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
makes 3 to 4 dozen.

Grandma's Roast Beef

3 to 4 pound chuck roast
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 package onion soup mix
2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Put roast in pan.sprinkle with vinegar.
spread soup over roast.sprinkle onion
soup mix,salt and pepper over top.
cover and roast at 350 degrees for
1 hour,then reduce heat to 325 and
roast 2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.

No- Fuss Beef Lasagna

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 jar (26-30 oz.) prepared spaghetti sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) italian style diced tomatoes,undrained
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 carton (15 oz) part-skin ricotta cheeses
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg,beaten
10 uncooked,lasagna noodles
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skin mozzarella cheese

In large nonstick skillet,brown ground beef
over medium heat 8-10 minutes.
pour off drippings.season beef with salt,stir
in spaghetti sauce,tomatoes,red pepper,and
set aside.
In medium bowl,combine ricotta cheese,
Parmesan cheese and spread 2 cups of
the beef and sauce mixture in a 13x9 inch
baking dish.arrange 4 lasagna noodles
lengthwise in a single a 5th
noodle across the end of the baking dish
breaking noodles to fit dish.
press noodles into sauce.spread entire
ricotta cheese mixture over noodles.
sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese
and top with 1-1/2 cups beef sauce.
arrange remaining noodles in a single layer
and press lightly into beef sauce.
bake 45 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Worlds Best Burgers

2 pounds ground beef
6 thin slices chedder cheese
1 large green pepper,julienned
1 medium onion,thinly sliced
1 medium tomato sliced
6 thin slices Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce leaves
6 hamburger buns,split

Shape beef into 12 thin six patties
with a slice of cheddar cheese,green pepper
strips,and a slice of onion,tomato and Swiss each with another patty and seal
edges.season to taste.
broil,grill or pan fry until meat is no longer
pink.serve with lettuce lined buns.
Servings: 6

Grandma's Cornbread Dressing

2 cups biscuits,crumbled
3 cups cornbread,crumbled
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 large onion,chopped
1 stick margarine,melted
3 stalks celery,chopped
3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.mix everything
together except chicken broth.then add broth
to make mixture a thick soup consitency.
pour into a greased 9X13 inch dish.bake
for 50 minutes or until middle is firm.

Glazed Carrots Almondine

1/2 cup orange preserves
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pound carrots,sliced,cooked and drained
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons slivered almonds,toasted

In medium saucepan,stir together preserves
and cornstarch.add carrots and butter.
stirring occasionally,8 to 10 minutes or
until slightly thickened.
garnish with almonds.
Servings: 4


Cookie Cake

2 cups self-rising flour
1 stick margarine
1 pound brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coconut
2 cups chopped nuts

Mix first 5 ingredients.add nuts and coconut.

2 cups Bisquick

2 eggs

1 quart pecans

cook and stir until thickened.separate
3 eggs,beat yolks slightly and blend small
